Proposes improvements and participates in the automation of accounting processes **Join our team!** At **Grupo Global**, we are currently seeking talent for the position of **Senior Accounting Analyst**; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the primary challenge?** * Manage and oversee the organization’s comprehensive accounting processes, ensuring the reasonableness of financial information, compliance with current regulations (including SBS), and generation of reliable reports for decision-making. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings and prepare Financial Statements under SBS regulations. * Analyze accounting accounts and identify variances and unusual movements. Review related-party transactions. * Perform periodic bank and accounting account reconciliations. * Prepare tax working papers and coordinate tax filings. * Respond to internal and external audit requests. * Supervise and validate the recording of transactions in the accounting system. * Prepare financial reports and analysis for management. * Propose improvements and participate in the automation of accounting processes. * Verify application of SBS standards and IFRS. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of accounting information. **What are we looking for?** * Licensed Certified Public Accountant * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting * At least 1 year as a Senior Analyst or similar role in the cooperative sector * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query) * Experience with SISCON and ERP systems is desirable * Cooperative Accounting Manual (SBS) * International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) * Current tax legislation **What do we offer?** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary. * Monday \- Friday (H) \_ Saturday (R) At Grupo Global, we firmly believe in equal opportunities and therefore promote gender diversity, ethnic and national origin diversity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or different abilities (in accordance with Law No. 2 9 9 7 3\).
