Their primary focus is to maintain inventory integrity and optimize response times to production or sales requirements. Key Responsibilities * **Receiving Management:** Physically verify that received products match purchase orders and invoices in terms of quantity and quality. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct cyclic counts and stock audits to ensure the digital system reflects physical reality (adjusting discrepancies). * **Space Organization:** Technically position goods according to rotation criteria (FIFO/LIFO) and safety requirements, maximizing available area utilization. * **Order Preparation (Picking):** Consolidate and package products according to internal or external requests, ensuring packaging is appropriate for transportation. * **Documentary Registration:** Enter data into management software (ERP/WMS) and archive delivery notes, damage reports, or return documentation. * **Standards Maintenance:** Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with industrial safety regulations within their work area. Education and Experience * **Education:** Technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in distribution centers or supply departments. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
