Job Summary: Central de Impresiones is seeking energetic and proactive young individuals to train across various production areas within the advertising industry, providing professional training. At **Central de Impresiones**, we are looking for energetic, proactive, and responsible young people to train at our production plant. **Location:** Ate (Must reside near the area). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday and **Saturday mornings**. Experience is not required—we will train you! **What will you learn with us?** We will train you across all areas of our workshop: * **Finishing:** Banner stretching, vinyl and laminate adhesion. * **Metal or Wood Carpentry:** Sanding of structures, assistance in welding, and preparation of iron and MDF furniture. * **Installation:** Assistance in on-site assembly of signage, panels, and wayfinding systems. * **Production:** Operation of hand tools (drill, grinder, screwdriver). **What requirements do we ask for?** * **Genuine eagerness to learn** and grow within the company. * **Responsibility and punctuality** (Mandatory). * Physical strength and agility for workshop tasks. * Completed secondary education. * **Good conduct** and willingness to work collaboratively. * **Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge** in electricity, painting, or welding—valued but not required.
