Actively participate in the clinic's social media networks. **Job Description:** Menta Dentistas is an oral rehabilitation specialty clinic with two locations in Northern Lima, committed to restoring function, health, and confidence to our patients through humane and excellent care. We are looking for a Clinical Case Coordinator Dentist—a strategic role focused on delivering an exceptional experience during the first consultation, guiding patients in decision-making, and representing our clinic on social media. **What will be your mission?** To serve as our patients’ first clinical impression—conducting comprehensive diagnoses, building trust, and helping them understand the value of beginning their treatment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial consultations and comprehensive diagnoses. * Develop and clearly, empathetically explain treatment plans and budgets, and address patient questions. * Perform general dentistry treatments (dressings, simple extractions, prophylaxis, and emergencies). * Refer oral rehabilitation treatments to specialists. * Actively participate in live broadcasts (Lives) on our social media platforms during available time slots in the schedule. * Assist in recording videos for the clinic’s social media. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Dental Surgeon. * Strong ability to build trust and transform the first consultation into a motivating experience that encourages the patient to begin treatment. * Proven clinical patient care experience, minimum 3 years. * Experience in oral rehabilitation diagnosis. * Comfort and presence in front of the camera. **We Offer:** * Fixed remuneration of S/. 1,800 \+ performance-based BONUSES. * Continuous training. * Professional development within a growing clinic. * Excellent work environment. **Work Location:** * Av.
