Support in production and mise en place 2. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area 3. Compliance with hygiene and food handling standards We are looking for a committed, responsible Kitchen Assistant eager to grow within the gourmet culinary sector. Work Location: Miraflores – Lima Schedule: Rotating shifts (closing shift) 2 PM to 10 PM Main Responsibilities: Support in production and mise en place. Preparation of ingredients according to the chef's instructions. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with hygiene and food handling standards. Assist with frying tasks. Provide general kitchen support as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold or hot stations. Culinary studies (desirable). Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
