We are hiring: **PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST** **Responsibilities**: \- Direct participation in the preparation and monitoring of financial and operational budgets for business units. \- Analyze profitability by location, channel, or customer, focusing on EBITDA and food cost control; identify deviations between actual and budgeted costs and determine root causes in coordination with the responsible department. \- Consolidate and periodically update operational and results-oriented KPI dashboards. Emphasis on analysis of operational data (production, recipes, waste, time, turnover, etc.). \- Periodically report inconsistencies in the accumulated valuation of services.
