We seek an organized, responsible individual with a good work pace, capable of maintaining high standards for every dish. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and execution of hot kitchen dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the work area. * Adhering to quality, presentation, and service timing standards. * Supporting mise en place and daily production. * Proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Assisting with other kitchen operational tasks as required. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredient handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
