Job Summary: We are seeking an Agile Team Coach to ensure value delivery, coach and develop cross-functional agile teams, and promote agile practices and continuous improvement. Promote agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration **Credicorp Capital** invites you to turn challenges into opportunities and become our next **Agile Team Coach** in **Lima, Peru**. **Mission**: Ensure the assigned Tribe's capability to deliver value, coach and develop cross-functional agile teams to elevate their performance, maturity, and self-management, while promoting agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration aligned with business strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: * Facilitate and support the adoption of agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe within cross-functional teams. * Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective. * Identify impediments, risks, and blockers affecting team performance, managing their resolution or escalation. * Collaborate with Product Owners and business leaders on backlog management, prioritization, and strategic alignment. * Implement and monitor agile metrics such as cycle time, throughput, lead time, predictability, and internal satisfaction. * Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, workshops, experimentation, and individual or group coaching. * Design and implement improvements in processes, tools, and team dynamics, including Jira, Confluence, or Azure Boards. * Communicate progress, metrics, learnings, and alerts to relevant stakeholders. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related fields. **Experience**: * 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, Agile Coach, consultant, process specialist, value chain optimization professional, or similar roles. * Experience coaching agile, digital, technology, innovation, banking, finance, or organizational transformation teams. * Experience facilitating ceremonies, retrospectives, workshops, alignment sessions, and continuous improvement forums. * Experience working with Product Owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. **Languages**: English – Intermediate level required. **Software**: * Jira, Confluence, and Azure Boards (Desirable). * Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. * Collaborative tools such as Miro, Mural, or similar (Desirable). * Power BI or other metric visualization tools (Desirable). **Other desirable knowledge**: * Scrum, Kanban * SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, and Lean principles (Desirable). * Agile metrics: cycle time, lead time, throughput, predictability, WIP, flow efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. * Continuous improvement practices, change management, facilitation, team coaching, and systems thinking. * Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar (Desirable). ***This job opening is also available for persons with disabilities.***
