Requirements: · Student in the final cycles of Architecture or Civil Engineering. · Solid knowledge of the National Building Regulations (RNE). · Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Layout (preferred). · Intermediate Excel skills. · Manage municipal permits, procedures with INDECI and other public entities, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements. · Teamwork skills, adaptability, and ability to propose improvements. · Personal laptop (mandatory). · Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. · Interest in applied design for landscaping, decorative material layout, and fieldwork. · Residence in nearby districts such as La Molina or on the border with Surco. Main Responsibilities: · Support architectural design and drafting of 2D and 3D plans. · Contact and coordinate with suppliers for materials and services. · Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities. · Assist in planning and supervising renovations and internal projects. · Support preparation of presentations, renders, and visual proposals. · Maintain updated technical files and progress reports.
