Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Technician for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, distinguished by technical precision, responsibility, and efficiency in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an Automotive Technician who stands out for technical precision, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance and repair tasks ensuring high quality standards. * Conduct technical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment. * Organize and prioritize work orders to ensure optimal delivery times. * Supervise and guide the technical team on procedures, best practices, and safety. * Participate in complex repairs and provide technical support when required. * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Prevent recurring failures and minimize rework through appropriate case-by-case analysis. **Requirements** * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician. * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating or leading teams. * Strong communication, leadership, and goal-oriented teamwork skills. * Knowledge of Japanese and Korean vehicles (preferred). * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Engineering. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Employee recognition programs and team-building activities. * Stable work environment with opportunities for professional development. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site
