Opportunity to propose improvements to platforms. **Job Summary** IFF is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Commercial Team. Below are the main responsibilities: * Entering customer requests for required documents. * Entering sample information into the system and tracking shipments with Logistics. * Generating global export statistics reports. * Freight requests – with opportunity to propose improvements to the platform. * Reviewing and reporting commission payments to commercial agents. * Reporting approved quotations. Required Skills * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior commercial pre-professional internships preferred. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
