Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage orders, coordinate logistics, and provide commercial support, with a focus on customer service for the modern channel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages B2B portals and processes purchase orders 2. Coordinates supply and deliveries with customers 3. Prepares commercial reports and monitors stock **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. * Experience serving modern channel customers (supermarkets and self-service stores). * Proficiency in managing clients' B2B portals. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of order management, logistics coordination, stock control, and commercial reporting. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. **Main Functions** * Manage clients' B2B portals and process purchase orders. * Enter orders into the system and track them until delivery. * Coordinate supply with customers and internal departments. * Schedule dispatch appointments and coordinate deliveries. * Prepare commercial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and daily order status updates. * Monitor stock levels, pricing, and order fulfillment. * Coordinate the shipment of commercial samples and POP materials. * Report delivery-related incidents. * Support the collections department by tracking invoices and pre-settlement documents. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Working Hours * Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
