Job Summary: OASI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate vehicles, manage projects, and ensure regulatory compliance in cargo transportation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle coordination and distribution for daily scheduling 2. Project management and transportation budget control 3. Supplier communication and regulatory compliance **We are OASI! We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR with the following profile:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Full-time availability. * Experience as a transportation supervisor/coordinator (more than 2 years), route planner, or similar role (minimum 6 months). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in transportation (mandatory) * Residence in Comas or neighboring districts (Los Olivos, Carabayllo, Puente Piedra, SMP, etc.) * Technical skills in logistics and transportation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and distribute vehicles for daily scheduling in Lima and provinces. * Ensure adherence to service levels agreed upon with internal clients. * Manage specific client-requested projects, including presenting schedules, budgets, and progress reports to internal clients. * Knowledge of last-mile delivery. * Maintain a national network of transporters and agents for daily operations. * Collect and store all information regarding services performed. * Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and proper condition of physical assets, materials, and infrastructure owned by the company. * Third-party management, including direct contact with suppliers. * Monitor transportation costs and potential variations in the budget.
