Responsibilities: * Prepare coffee-based beverages: Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocaccino, among others. * Prepare natural juices, chicha, emoliente, and infusions. * Carry out production and supply replenishment for the bar. * Manage inventory control, counts, and stock of supplies. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Wash, dry, and polish tableware, glassware, and utensils. * Support operational activities in the bar area. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience as a barista or in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of preparing hot and cold beverages. * Prior experience in the gastronomy sector is desirable. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Residence in areas near Rímac (desirable). Competencies: * Working under pressure. * Proactivity and commitment. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Rest day between Monday and Thursday (according to schedule).
