Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Geotechnical Supervisor for an airport project, responsible for supervising geotechnical studies and laboratory tests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead field and laboratory geotechnical campaign supervision 2. Perform penetration test and trial pit procedures 3. Develop vane test procedures A leading multinational company in the engineering projects, inspection, testing, and certification sector is seeking a new talent for the position "FIELD GEOTECHNICAL SUPERVISOR" for an airport project. Project: "SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR FIELD AND LABORATORY GEOTECHNICAL STUDIES FOR FOUNDATION AND PAVEMENT DESIGN". What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related fields. * Valid professional license (Colegiatura). * Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in field and laboratory geotechnical campaign supervision. * Minimum 2 years of experience in geotechnical studies or consulting, or experience in at least one large-scale project such as airports, highways – concessions, and/or hospital buildings. Responsibilities: * Execute procedures for Standard Penetration Test (SPT) implementation, including collection of disturbed and undisturbed samples. * Execute procedures for trial pit excavation, including collection of disturbed and undisturbed samples. * Execute procedures for piezometer installation and reading measurements. * Develop field vane test procedures. * Execute procedures for laboratory testing, including index and mechanical tests. * Comply with client requirements, Terms of Reference (TDR), and applicable contracts. Conditions: \- Base salary: PEN 6,500 \+ PEN 2,000 monthly bonus. \- Direct payroll with all statutory benefits. \- 14x7 work schedule. \- Company covers transportation, meals, and accommodation costs. \- Work location: Chinchero\-Cusco.
