Job Summary: The Gardener will be responsible for the maintenance, conservation, and improvement of green areas, gardens, and landscaped spaces, ensuring plant health and the aesthetic appearance of the environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and improvement of green areas and gardens. 2. Ensuring plant health and the aesthetic appearance of the environment. 3. Support in landscaping and basic garden design. The gardener will be responsible for the maintenance, conservation, and improvement of green areas, gardens, and landscaped spaces. Their work will ensure plant health, the aesthetic appearance of the environment, and compliance with the company's established quality standards. * Mowing, edging, and maintenance of lawns. * Manual and mechanical weeding in green areas. * Technical irrigation (manual or automated system). * Pruning of shrubs, ornamental plants, and young trees. * Application of fertilizers, compost, and phytosanitary products. * Soil preparation, reseeding, and lawn aeration. * Planting and replacement of ornamental plants. * Cleaning of green areas (leaves, branches, debris). * Support in landscaping tasks and basic garden design. * Proper use of gardening tools and equipment. **Valued Competencies** * Orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and effective communication. * Commitment to service quality.
