Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates the execution of electrical work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and procedures in industrial plants. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates the installation and commissioning of electrical systems. ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – INDUSTRIAL PLANTS **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Supervisor or in similar positions. \- Experience in executing and supervising electrical work in industrial plants. \- Knowledge of electrical installations, electrical panels, conduits, wiring, and power and lighting systems. \- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. \- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. \- Willingness to work on-site and travel to various plants or projects. \- Preferably experienced working for industrial companies. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrical work on construction sites. \- Coordinate and assign tasks to technical and operational staff. \- Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures. \- Monitor project progress and adherence to the schedule. \- Supervise the proper installation of panels, conduits, conductors, electrical equipment, and lighting systems. \- Coordinate with clients and responsible parties from other disciplines during project execution. \- Prepare daily progress reports and report site incidents. \- Verify the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. \- Coordinate with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with OSH procedures. \- Identify and promptly communicate deviations, risks, or issues arising during execution. \- Conduct tests, inspections, and commissioning of electrical installations. \- Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and timeline standards. **Competencies:** \- Leadership and personnel management. \- Organizational and planning skills. \- Effective communication. \- Problem-solving ability. \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Accountability and commitment. \- Goal-oriented mindset.
