Job Description: Perform on-site installation and maintenance of telecommunications services, ensuring compliance with assigned routes and service quality standards. Responsibilities: * Installation and maintenance of telecommunications services * Field work across various areas of Lima * Adherence to assigned routes Requirements: * Technicians with or without prior experience (paid training provided) * Own motorcycle in good condition equipped with a luggage rack * Valid driver's license * Valid SOAT insurance and all required documentation * Availability for field work Working Conditions: * Work Mode: On-site (field) * Schedule: Full-time Compensation: * Base salary: S/ 1,300 * Attendance bonus: S/ 300 * Welcome bonus: S/ 900 (S/ 300 per month for 3 months) * Installation commissions: approximately S/ 1,500 * Motorcycle usage allowance: S/ 700 * Average monthly income: S/ 3,500 Benefits: * Formal employment registration from day one * One-month paid training program * One-week training program including lunch coverage * Opportunities for development and growth **Application:** Immediate availability required.
