We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Professional Intern who aims to develop knowledge and skills within a professional setting. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage insurance policy quotations. * Record sales, policies, and documentation in the company’s internal systems. * Maintain up-to-date commercial and administrative information. * Analyze commercial data and prepare supporting reports for decision-making. * Monitor processes related to policy issuance, renewal, and documentation. * Provide administrative support to the commercial team. * Coordinate with insurers and clients to collect required information and documentation. * Assist in other activities related to the commercial and administrative management of the brokerage. **What Do We Need From You?** * Graduate in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Data analysis and database management skills. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Power BI proficiency (Desirable). * Knowledge of insurance products (Desirable). * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **What Do You Need?** * Personal mobile phone. * Personal laptop or computer. * Stable, high-speed internet connection. **What Benefits Will You Receive?** * Professional Internship Agreement. * Professional Internship Certificate. * Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). * Opportunity for learning and professional development in the insurance sector. * Ongoing training on insurance products and commercial management. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the organization based on performance.
