Job Summary: We are seeking Regional Supervisors to ensure security and prevention by supervising services and personnel, and managing operations across various units. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and resolution of unsafe situations We are a Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under their charge; communication with clients at all levels. * Verification of compliance with security systems in each unit under their charge; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Development of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service. * Preparation of reports and/or incident reports. * Preparation of vehicle status reports for assigned mobility vehicles. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical diploma from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum two years’ experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver’s license: Category A1 (car) and/or BIIC (motorcycle). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely and biweekly salary payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career development paths.
