Incident management and structural solutions **Date:** Apr 22, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure continuity, standardization, evolution, knowledge retention, and safeguarding of the technology used by logistical planning, maximizing the value of technological tools to achieve Alicorp's strategic objectives.**What will you do in your role?** * Defines and maintains the access management model, roles, and jobs for planning tools. * Establishes standards, guidelines, and best practices for using planning tools. * Documents and safeguards functional and technical knowledge of the tools (configurations, workflows, and key decisions). * Defines and governs logistical planning technological tools, ensuring their stability and evolution. * Leads the evolution and consistency of the technological planning model (DP, DRP, MPS, and MRP). * Proposes, evaluates, and prioritizes technological improvements and new planning requirements. * Ensures proper integration of the planning model with other corporate systems. * Performs minor configurations and parameterizations in logistical planning technological tools. * Manages incidents as first-level support and coordinates escalation to IT or vendors when applicable. * Analyzes root causes of incidents and promotes structural solutions. * Translates business needs into clear functional and technological requirements, leading testing and deployments. * Executes training plans and supports change management during new implementations. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP MRP (Advanced), SAP IBP (recommended). * Minimum 5 years in logistical planning and/or technology roles. * Proficiency in conflict resolution and communication at all levels. * Project management skills. * Ability to analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose structural solutions that improve technological stability and reliability. * Ability to translate planning needs into clear, understandable functional requirements for technical teams and vendors
