Position Summary:
We are seeking a Transport and Machinery Manager to coordinate and control vehicle maintenance, manage the fleet, and supervise transportation.

We are looking for an immediate-start **TRANSPORT AND MACHINERY MANAGER**
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Analyst
* Knowledge of transportation, light and heavy vehicle fleet management, automotive mechanics, road safety / traffic education / road signage / map reading
* Residence in areas adjacent to Comas
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and control preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
* Manage the vehicle fleet, conduct quotation analyses, and issue reports.
* Assign available vehicles to installation technicians.
* Conduct satellite monitoring, and control and report accidents and incidents for insurance policy application.
* Consolidate national fuel consumption reporting.
* Diagnose equipment requiring repair.
* Plan vehicle fleet maintenance.
* Collect fleet-wide data for optimization and efficiency initiatives.
* Identify incidents (mechanical failures, accidents, traffic jams, etc.) and propose real-time solutions.
* Supervise vehicle condition to schedule maintenance proactively.
* Monitor driving behavior and verify compliance with current regulations (driving hours and rest periods).
* Control driving hours and ensure tachograph records are correctly compiled and processed.
* Supervise Hours of Service (HOS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), and other regulatory requirements.
* Record fuel consumption per vehicle to identify inefficient patterns.
* Detect fuel consumption variations that may indicate mechanical issues or improper usage.
* Prepare reports on vehicle performance, driver behavior, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
* Apply analytical techniques to anticipate problems and improvement opportunities, supporting decision-making.
* Register and control route sheets and other fleet tracking documents.
* Organize and ensure transportation services for institutional staff.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:20 AM to 1:00 PM
