




We are currently looking for a professional to join our team who meets the following requirements: Graduate of International Business Administration (University level) Intermediate MS Office – Excel Knowledge of freight forwarding. Intermediate written and spoken English skills. Desirable experience of 5 years in similar positions. Responsibilities: Tracking and managing air and sea import/export shipments for clients. Providing personalized customer service. Coordinating with assigned sales executives and preparing reports for account management and continuous improvement of procedures. Supporting the sales department in maintaining assigned accounts and reporting any operational discrepancies. Recording information into the system. Coordinating with Operations – FWD and other departments (if necessary) to ensure proper handling of shipments. Managing air and sea transmissions, coordinating with local carriers, processing approval documents, arranging pickups from air and sea warehouses, and managing settlements. Verifying rates and profits for each assigned shipment to ensure accurate file closure. Assuming company policies with responsibility and commitment. Performing other duties as assigned.
