Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced bartender or bar supervisor to prepare beverages, maintain quality standards, and manage inventory in a high-demand environment. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end bar and event management **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in upscale bars, restaurants, or hotels * Technical education in bartending, mixology, bar management, or related fields * Knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, spirits, and wines * Experience operating espresso machines (preferred) * Intermediate level English proficiency (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (signature cocktails, classic cocktails, coffee service) * Adhere to the restaurant's quality and service standards * Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after each shift * Submit requisitions for supplies, produce base recipes, and prepare beverages * Develop proposals for new cocktails * Conduct daily inventory tracking of supply inflows and outflows, as well as monthly consolidated inventory * Perform bar opening and closing procedures in accordance with company operational policies * Support event execution according to the weekly reservation schedule Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
