Job Summary: JB Consulting is seeking a Strategic Planning Intern interested in developing skills in analysis, management control, and process improvement, supporting KPI monitoring and the Balanced Scorecard. Development in strategic planning and management control At **JB Consulting**, we are currently seeking a **STRATEGIC PLANNING INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** to join our **Strategic Planning** team. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (8th to 9th semester) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Business Administration. ✅ **Preferably available during the 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift.** ✅ Interest in strategic planning, management control, Balanced Scorecard, indicator-based management (KPIs), process improvement, and productivity. ✅ Theoretical knowledge of organizational strategic planning, SWOT analysis, strategic objectives and indicators, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, process management, basic budgeting, and continuous improvement. ✅ Basic knowledge and proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva. ✅ Proficiency with project management platforms including Trello, Asana, Microsoft, AutoCAD, and Google. ✅ **Access to technological tools for remote work.** ✅ Strong motivation to learn, contribute, and grow within the consulting firm. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Support the development, monitoring, and control of KPIs across various departments. 2\. Participate in the implementation and follow-up of the Balanced Scorecard. 3\. Collect departmental information for the preparation of strategic reports. 4\. Analyze indicator achievement levels and identify deviations. 5\. Propose improvement actions to address identified gaps. 6\. Prepare quarterly organizational performance reports. 7\.
