We are proud to be the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport, as well as for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **WHAT WE REQUIRE:** * **Education:** Students in their final academic cycles (8th cycle onward) or recent technical or university graduates in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking and Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Experience:** Prior experience is desirable (e.g., academic projects or initial internships) in software testing (QA), technical help desks, or basic IT infrastructure monitoring. * **Incident Management:** Basic knowledge of *ticketing* tools such as Jira or similar, for logging and tracking system errors or outages. * **Databases:** Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server (mandatory). Ability to write SELECT queries, apply advanced filters, execute table joins (JOINs), and independently identify anomalies in trip records, logs, or user data. * **Cloud Environment:** Theoretical or basic knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) environments focused on monitoring: ability to check server and cloud infrastructure availability. * **Networking Fundamentals:** Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP protocols, DNS, IP addressing, basic routing configuration, and agile troubleshooting of connectivity issues). **Mobile Ecosystems and Infrastructure:** * **Platforms:** Intermediate familiarity with behavior and configurations across Android and iOS versions. * **Technical Diagnosis:** Ability to diagnose failures in end-user applications and their interaction with central servers (e.g., unexpected app crashes, cache/data clearing, APK file usage and deployment). * **Testing Environment:** Knowledge to enable and operate developer options on mobile devices to extract OS-level logs during field testing or critical support scenarios. * **Infrastructure Focus:** Ability to correlate application failures with network connectivity alerts or server performance metrics, delivering highly accurate low-level technical diagnostics to the development team—accelerating infrastructure-related bug resolution. * **Data Analysis:** Identify recurring error patterns affecting communication infrastructure and propose improvements to mobile app workflows to optimize the overall passenger and driver experience. * **Documentation:** Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, QA test matrices (test cases), detailed network requirements, and basic infrastructure guides to facilitate product knowledge self-management. * **Coordination:** Close coordination with the IT team, Development Leads, Operations, and Cloud Infrastructure teams—escalating critical incidents affecting servers or external services as needed to ensure rapid SLA-compliant resolution. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, horizontal, and approachable culture where every individual can propose and lead projects. * A workplace that values your well-being and professional growth. **WORK MODALITY:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (3 days per week in-office). * Hybrid (requires availability to attend the Miraflores office three times per week). **4. RESPONSIBILITIES** **Quality Assurance (QA)** * **Test Execution and Design:** Collaborate in designing test plans and test case matrices for both the Passenger and Driver applications. * **Field and Regression Testing:** Conduct functional testing directly on mobile devices (Android and iOS), ensuring new deployments or updates do not negatively impact the platform’s overall performance (*regression*). * **Version Management and Control:** Assist in installing, distributing, and managing beta or test versions (using APK/IPA files) across various devices in the testing lab—ensuring correct interaction with development or *staging* environments. * **Bug Documentation:** Log, classify, and track detected errors (*bugs*) using *ticketing* tools like Jira, detailing exact replication steps for the development team. **Technical Support and Mobile Applications** * **Device Failure Diagnosis:** Provide support in resolving complex issues reported by users (drivers/passengers), including clean uninstalls, cache and data clearing, or advanced configurations via developer options to resolve app-related problems. * **Log Extraction and Analysis:** Extract error logs (*logs*) directly from mobile OS test systems to identify root causes of unexpected crashes or API synchronization errors. * **Training and User Guides:** Develop clear documentation, FAQs, and practical guides to empower other internal teams to autonomously resolve recurring issues.
