Willingness to work with the Montessori methodology. **SOCIAL SCIENCES TEACHER** We are looking for a responsible, punctual, organized, empathetic, proactive educator with initiative to implement inclusive educational practices, focused on continuous improvement through training, possessing strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** * Graduated in Secondary Education, with specialization in Social Sciences, History, Geography, Political Science, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of teaching experience in Social Sciences at the secondary level. * Mastery of content areas including **History, Geography, Economics, Citizenship, and Social Sciences**. * Strong vocation for service and excellent communication skills. * Sensitivity to students’ diverse abilities and learning paces. * Ability to motivate and support adolescents throughout their learning process. * Ability to maintain order and organization during instruction and enforce coexistence norms. * Proficiency in planning and organizing curricular content, projects, and pedagogical activities. * Ability to foster **critical thinking, analysis, reflection, and argumentation** in students. * Experience in tutoring and communicating with parents/guardians and students. * Ability to connect Social Sciences content with national and international real-world contexts. * Willingness to engage with and apply our **Montessori methodology**.
