Human-centered emergency response and first aid. **Job Description** **Location:** Malvinas Camp – Camisea Gas Project, Megantoni District **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Full-time At **SIECAR**, a company specialized in electrical protection and infrastructure services in remote areas, we are seeking a **Field Rescuer** with experience in working at heights in camps and jungle operations. This position is critical to ensuring the health and safety of technical personnel in demanding and hard-to-access environments. **Job Objective** To provide medical support and on-site accompaniment to personnel performing work in remote areas, ensuring timely, efficient, and humane response to any incident. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * APETAC and/or IRATA certification Desirable: * Basic Life Support or PHTLS course * Hazardous Materials Awareness Level course * Rope Access Work course **Additional Training:** * Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) – NAEMT **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as a rescuer in remote locations or mining camps * Desirable experience with recognized companies in the sector **Main Responsibilities** * Accompany field crews to provide immediate assistance and support * Respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and monitor personnel health status **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication with the team to promote safety and prevention measures * Ability to convey knowledge regarding health and disease prevention * Empathy and sensitivity in medical care * Ability to detect and assess the emotional state of field personnel **Benefits** * Employment with a solid company possessing extensive experience in remote projects * A collaborative environment committed to employee well-being Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.4,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
