A diamond drilling company is looking for top talent to fill the position of Maintenance Manager at its Campoy Branch in Lima: REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Manager in diamond drilling companies. - Intermediate-level Office software training. - Knowledge of Maintenance Management. - Availability to work at the Campoy Branch, with occasional travel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, analyze, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and trucks, coordinating with the maintenance staff in Lima and project sites, to make decisions regarding the Maintenance Plan during its initial stages and subsequent modifications over time. - Prepare reports on the current status of drilling equipment and other assets (e.g., pumps and trucks), proposing upgrades (overhauls) or replacements as needed. - Manage and verify spare parts requirements and receipt, as well as equipment repairs. - Prepare the Annual Maintenance Plan. - Review and follow up on material requisitions, spare parts and component deliveries for projects, as well as equipment repairs.
