If you hold a degree in **Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**, have laboratory testing experience, and knowledge of the **NTP ISO/IEC 17025 standard**, we invite you to apply for the **Laboratory Coordinator** position. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines. **Training:** Training on the **NTP ISO/IEC 17025 standard**. **Knowledge:** * Physicochemical testing and instrumental chemistry. * Operation and verification of laboratory equipment and instruments. * English and computer skills at user level. **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of laboratory testing experience. **Skills:** * Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment. * Organization, leadership, and attention to detail. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Schedule and supervise laboratory personnel work. * Verify and evaluate test results to ensure their validity and reliability. * Coordinate interlaboratory tests (proficiency testing). * Manage laboratory resources, supplies, and inventory control. * Maintain and ensure compliance with the quality management system. * Supervise equipment maintenance and calibration. * Implement new analytical methods according to market needs. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility and commitment to quality. * Leadership and teamwork capabilities. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to make technical decisions.
