Job Summary: ACIS PROCESS is seeking an SSOMA Prevention Specialist to ensure workplace safety and field procedure compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Report and manage accidents and incidents immediately SSOMA PREVENTION SPECIALIST – NORTH LIMA ACIS PROCESS, a company specializing in Fire Protection Systems, seeks an SSOMA Prevention Specialist for North/East Lima. Requirements: ⮚ Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (certified). ⮚ Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Prevention Specialist (certified). ⮚ Diploma in SSOMA and/or Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). ⮚ Availability to work Monday to Friday across all districts of North/East Lima from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Responsibilities: ⮚ Comply with procedures established by the SSOMA department. ⮚ Prior to commencing fieldwork, conduct briefings on Work Procedures and IPERC (Initial Process Risk Assessment) for assigned personnel. ⮚ Ensure implementation of control measures specified in IPERC, ATS (Safe Work Analysis), and PTR (Permit to Work). ⮚ Deliver 5-minute safety talks or daily safety dialogues before each work activity begins. ⮚ Perform ATS (Safe Work Analysis) prior to initiating any work. ⮚ Before commencing any work, obtain formal authorization via a duly signed PTR (Permit to Work) by responsible parties. ⮚ Continuously supervise fieldwork locations and ensure adherence to safety measures. ⮚ Inspect contractor-provided PPEs. ⮚ Conduct checklist inspections of contractor-provided equipment/tools. ⮚ Immediately report any accidents or incidents to the SSOMA department and submit the investigation record within 24 hours, including the corresponding corrective action plan and ensuring its implementation. ⮚ Submit evidence of corrective action implementation.
