




Job Summary: We are seeking a safety professional to identify and assess risks, investigate incidents, implement preventive measures, and lead safety training. Key Highlights: 1. Providing support in hazard and risk identification and assessment RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Prevention Policies. 2. Provide support in identifying and assessing hazards and risks (IPER) and monitor the implementation of control measures. 3. Report all incidents/accidents occurring in the work area. 4. Guide and participate in incident and accident investigations; report findings and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from such investigations. 5. Identify and report hazards within their work area. 6. Support the implementation of preventive and environmental control measures established in the Project’s Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plan (PdRGA), based on Hazard Identification Matrix analyses. 7. Continuously verify compliance with preventive mechanisms (operational and administrative) defined in the Operational Control Matrices and Safe Work Analyses (SWA) developed for each project activity. 8. Efficiently apply the documents of the Integrated Management System for which they are responsible. 9. Lead staff and contractor training and awareness initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. - Training courses in high-risk activities they will supervise, such as working at heights, hot work, load lifting, electrical hazards, handling of hazardous chemicals, confined space entry, etc. (mandatory) - Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (OHSEM) WE OFFER: - Full statutory benefits (MYPE) from day one. - Excellent work environment. - Employment duration: Three months, with possibility of extension. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, fulfilling 48 hours per week. - Payment schedule: Bi-weekly and monthly. - Corporate benefits + Birthday Gift Card - Willingness to travel Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
