Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for road construction projects, responsible for implementing prevention strategies, investigating accidents, and managing safety programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apply accident and occupational disease prevention strategies. 2. Investigate and follow up on workplace accidents. 3. Implement and monitor hazard management programs. Our company is seeking outstanding professionals for the position of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIALIST for large-scale road construction projects in North Lima. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar OHS roles. * Prior experience in road construction projects is desirable. * Familiarity with Law No. 29783 and its implementing regulations, Supreme Decree No. 011-2019-TR, and Guideline G 050 "Safety During Construction". * Ability to manage personnel / strong character / ability to work under pressure. * Residency in SMP, Los Olivos, or Comas districts is desirable. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Apply strategies to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Report, follow up, investigate, and close workplace accidents. * Implement and monitor hazard management and risk assessment programs. * Verify ATS and PETAR documents. * Conduct assigned inspections and accompany safety and health walkthroughs at the worksite. * Deliver OHS awareness talks. * Manage conditions arising from infrastructure modifications. * Design and prepare communications aimed at preventing workplace accidents and incidents. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Employment Type:** * Full-time position (100%).
