Job Summary: This role manages banking activities, cash flows, insurance, investments, and financial negotiations—including loan agreements and foreign exchange rates—ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting audits and finance functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of bank accounts and cash flows. 2. Negotiation of loan agreements and foreign exchange rates. 3. Coordination of banking platforms and regulatory compliance. * Daily review and monitoring of bank accounts. * Uploading payments via the bank portal and reviewing bank requests. * Preparation and analysis of cash flow statements. * Collaborating with the sales team to negotiate bank guarantees for specific customer projects. * Implementing and executing Vertiv’s insurance program from the region. * Daily investment of excess cash funds. * Daily tracking of cash disbursements and reporting. * Negotiating and executing loan agreements with Vertiv as needed. * Negotiating foreign exchange rates in respective countries. * Managing and coordinating banking platforms. * Ensuring compliance with Vertiv’s regulatory requirements. * Providing financial working papers for statutory audits. Reviewing accounting records related to daily business operations in coordination with the finance team. * Supporting finance functions such as AP and AR. * Account reconciliation.
