Position Summary: We are seeking a pattern maker/grader to develop and modify base patterns for women's garments, performing grading, digital marker making, and pattern corrections. Key Highlights: 1. Development and modification of base patterns for women's garments. 2. Proficiency in Audaces or Optitex for pattern making and grading. 3. Collaboration with design and production teams for an in-house fashion brand. Main Responsibilities * Develop and modify **base patterns for women's garments**. * Interpret designs to convert them into **technical patterns**. * Perform **size grading**. * Correct patterns based on fit tests or instructions from the design team. * Perform **digital marker making** to optimize fabric usage. * Operate **Audaces and/or Optitex** for pattern making and grading. * Support product development process tracking. Requirements * Proven experience in **women's fashion pattern making or grading**. * Proficiency in **Audaces or Optitex** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **pattern correction, size grading, and marker making**. * Experience working with **garment production**. * Ability to interpret designs and transform them into functional patterns. * Organization, precision, and technical judgment. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with **women's fashion brands**. * Knowledge of **fabric consumption optimization (marker making)**. * Ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams.
