Join our top-tier team and excel as a **Cutting Supervisor** at our **Chincha** location. **What will be your main responsibilities?** Monitor fabric and input material entry conditions into the process. Ensure compliance with spreading and dispatch schedules prepared by PCP. Verify accurate registration and documentation according to procedure at each cutting process stage. Generate and balance workload assignments across cutting tables, machines, and services. Ensure reduction of waste and fabric drop-offs, proper use of packaging materials, and other related matters throughout execution of the established schedule. Other duties assigned by higher-level management. **What qualifications do we require?** Technical graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in the textile industry. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience managing personnel.
