If you are a professional with proven experience in managing renovation and implementation projects in commercial environments and possess a strong commitment to execution excellence, we invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities:** · Planning: Define project scope, schedule, and budget. · Coordination: Organize and lead project teams and necessary resources. · Risk Management: Identify and mitigate issues that may affect project progress. · Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and scheduled timelines. · Team Leadership: Motivate and guide field workers and internal teams to achieve established objectives. · Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with the client to ensure their expectations are met at every project phase. · Reporting: Provide periodic progress reports to senior management. · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and company policies. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Architect or Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing renovation and implementation projects in retail stores and shopping malls. * In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and permits related to commercial projects. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
