Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations and continuous improvement of management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personal data protection and audits. 2. Updates quality management system documents. 3. Prepares presentations and collects lessons learned. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Prepare presentations for awareness sessions targeting operational and administrative staff. \-Collect lessons learned from various processes and organize meetings with department heads for appropriate dissemination. \-Maintain up-to-date lists of QMS and ISMS documents and records. \-Draft meeting minutes and distribute them to participants upon conclusion of meetings. \-Participate in audits related to the Personal Data Protection Law. \-Prepare audit reports for the Personal Data Protection Law. \-Prepare reports on findings from audits conducted under the Personal Data Protection Law. \-Track and verify compliance with the Audit Findings List under the Personal Data Protection Law. \-Filter and assign data processing responsibilities based on the database for ARCO rights requests. \-Monitor the handling of ARCO rights requests. \-Handle inquiries from individuals regarding personal data. \-Update documents related to the Personal Data Protection Law. \-Verify compliance with personal data protection standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management, or Senior Executive Programs. \-Knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001, and 18001 standards. \-Knowledge of Process Management. \-Knowledge of Quality Tools. **WORK MODE:** \-On-site **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30 \- 18:00 Friday: 07:30 \- 17:15 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Magdalena? * Do you have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards? * What is your salary expectation?
