Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Lead comprehensive understanding of data needs for the bank’s strategic projects, ensuring proper definition, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives. * Refine information requirements by validating availability, relevance, and quality of existing data. * Define guidelines for proper data exploitation, including extraction criteria, business rules, data intersections, and information scopes. * Lead data demand management, coordinating identification of gaps and incorporation or adaptation of new information sources. * Ensure identification and validation of trusted data sources, guaranteeing their suitability for various use cases. * Participate in and oversee correct definition and evolution of data models, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability. * Supervise definition of data mappings, transformations, and processing rules, ensuring standardization and cross-functional applicability. * Ensure appropriate functional documentation of data, promoting traceability, understanding, and usage by diverse stakeholders. * Validate and certify data availability and quality, ensuring compliance with defined frequency, coverage, historical depth, and standards. * Ensure compliance with data governance policies and establish quality guidelines, guaranteeing implementation across corporate platforms. * Supervise monitoring of quality controls and rules, driving corrective actions and remediation plans for identified deviations. * Lead incident management, user support, and communication, ensuring proper impact management and promoting continuous improvement and root-cause remediation. * Guarantee achievement of objectives related to data availability, quality, and usage under their ownership. **Requirements:** * 5\-10 years of experience in data-related, transformation, or advanced analytics roles; preferably in the financial sector. * Solid experience in data management: modeling, quality, governance, availability, and consumption. * Experience in cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. * Knowledge of data governance, analysis, and processing tools (SQL, Python, AWS, QuickSight, Collibra, etc.). **Key Competencies:** * Analytical and abstract thinking skills to understand data and its context. * Business acumen combined with technical knowledge. * Ability to work in complex, dynamic, and transforming environments. * Skill to align multiple stakeholders (business, technology, risk, compliance). * Experience with agile methodologies and iterative work. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
