Job Summary: Interbank is seeking a Data Team Leader for its Data Analytics Transformation team, responsible for planning and leading data initiatives while ensuring data quality and governance. Therefore, we are looking for talents who wish to join the **Data Analytics Transformation** team in the role of **Data Team Leader**. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, lead, and oversee the execution of data initiatives: Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics, ensuring product quality and information governance. * Manage administrative and budgetary control of assigned projects: budgeting, infrastructure, vendor selection, OKR compliance, and business strategy alignment. * Design solution architectures, ensuring participation from Security, Operations, Operational Risk, Legal, and Architecture teams. Ensure execution of Advanced Analytics projects within the approved budget framework, seeking future cost efficiencies. * **What We Require From You** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Over 10 years of experience in data and data-related projects/initiatives—both OnPrem and Cloud—with preference for cloud-based experience. * Experience working with large volumes of information. 100% Big Data. Open Source platforms, SaaS platforms, PaaS platforms, and other related technologies. * Experience managing large-scale projects. * OnPrem & Cloud platforms, both at technical and functional levels. World-Class & Open Source platforms. Examples: OnPrem: Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server; Cloud: DynamoDB, Cassandra, KeySpaces, MongoDB, S3, Cloud Storage, Blob Storage, Step Functions, orchestrators, microservices, Kafka, Camel, among others. * Demonstrated experience in budgetary control. * Knowledge of statistical models, Machine Learning, and AI: XGBoost, LightGBM, and all Big Data-aligned functionalities and libraries. * Hybrid technology architectures: OnPrem and Cloud. * DevSecOps and MLOps methodologies.
