Process automation and development of tracking tools A law firm is looking for a Judicial Collection Strategy Analyst to join our team. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Programming knowledge and database management skills. * Experience with Power BI for report and dashboard creation. * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Prior experience in information analysis for collection processes, portfolio recovery, or performance indicator management is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Analyze databases related to judicial collection processes. * Prepare management reports and recovery performance indicators. * Design strategies to optimize collection and portfolio recovery management. * Automate processes and develop tracking tools. * Create dashboards and executive reports using Power BI. * Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
