Job Summary: Supports product engineering activities, from design and calculation to validation and project coordination, providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and process automation. **ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Support implementation of the Engineering Program (verify general technical data, update technical sheets, deliver traceability). * Support calculation, design, and preparation of technical sheets. * Enter technical data for product code validation. * Maintain up-to-date product data. * Prepare model drawings and deliver manufacturing templates for models. * Conduct measurement surveys, prepare drawings, record measurement survey data, and generate validation codes. * Validate drawings, specifications, and prototypes of special products prior to production. * Plan and control engineering projects (new lines, improvements, * automation). * Coordinate functionality and product durability testing to reduce time and cost. * Be responsible for generating requirements and transformed product codes. * Support management and participation in inspection of third-party procured products. * Provide technical engineering support to cost\-budget, sales, and other departments. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of proven, specific experience in similar positions. * Expertise in AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS, EPLAN. * Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools. * Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook). * Immediate availability. **Skills:** * Leadership * Planning and Control Capability * Analytical Thinking * Process Optimization * Communication * Teamwork Salary based on evaluation At BBTI SAC, we believe in equal opportunity for all individuals regardless of gender, origin, race, nationality, generation, diverse abilities and/or disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973, General Law for Persons with Disabilities.
