Ability to negotiate and close sales. **3B INTEGRAL SOLUTIONS SAC** **JOB OBJECTIVE** Develop and strengthen the customer portfolio in Metropolitan Lima, generating sustainable sales and long-term business relationships with mechanical workshops, lube centers, automotive stores, spare parts shops, fleets, and other businesses related to the automotive sector. We seek field sales representatives to cover the various districts of Metropolitan Lima and expand 3BSI’s commercial presence across the city. **Ideal 3BSI Sales Representative Profile** * Proactive and dynamic. * Results-oriented mindset. * Persistent and disciplined in fieldwork. * Ability to negotiate and close sales. * Confidence when speaking with owners, managers, and mechanics. * Tolerance for pressure and goal achievement. **Products You Will Sell** * Lubricants. * Coolants. * Automotive aerosols. * Greases and additives. * Automotive maintenance products. **Ideally with experience visiting:** * Mechanical workshops. * Lube centers. * Automotive stores. * Motorcycle workshops. * Car washes. * Transportation and fleet companies. **Prospecting** * Identify new customers daily. * Identify opportunities in commercial zones and workshops. **Customer Relationship Management** * Build trust quickly. * Maintain consistent follow-up. * Establish close and lasting relationships. **Negotiation** * Advocate value and profitability. * Handle price-related objections. **Daily Management** * Efficiently manage routes and visits. * Consistently track customers and orders. **Other Responsibilities** * Responsible and punctual. * Organized and consistent. * Professional appearance. * Clear and direct communication. * High energy for fieldwork. * Adaptability to different types of customers. **Desired Experience** * **1 to 3 years** of field sales experience. * Experience in the **automotive** or hardware sector (preferred). * Recommended age: between **25 and 40 years.** **What 3BSI Needs in a Sales Representative** A sales representative who: * Continuously opens new markets. * Does not wait for customers to come. * Visits, persists, and follows up. * Understands that proximity builds loyalty. * Sells solutions and profitability—not just products. * Represents 3BSI’s image in the field.
