Job Summary:
Plans and manages preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, coordinating and monitoring work orders and projects.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment.
* Generate and track work orders (WO).
* Coordinate with supervisors and technicians to execute maintenance activities.
* Manage inventory of critical spare parts and plan their replenishment.
* Coordinate and monitor procurement of spare parts and maintenance services.
* Monitor progress of maintenance tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain up-to-date equipment information, maintenance history, and cost records.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or management.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
* Familiarity with maintenance management software (preferred).
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools (preferred).
* Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
**Working Conditions:**
* Salary: PEN 2,500 to PEN 3,000 (based on evaluation).
* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
* Formal employment with statutory benefits.
