As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** At **ACCIONA**, for its **CONSTRUCTION** business, we require hiring a **SOCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST** for a project in Lima. **MISSION:** The professional will be responsible for implementing community engagement strategies, conducting outreach, information dissemination, and direct community assistance, as well as identifying early warnings of social conflict and reporting them promptly to the Social Management Department for preventive decision-making. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, or related fields. **Experience:** * **General Experience:** 3 years of experience following graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for foreign professionals). * **Specific Experience:** Experience in social management for at least one (01\) linear infrastructure or general infrastructure project. **Location:** * Metropolitan Lima **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute the actions outlined in the Social Management Plan defined by the Social Management Department. * Implement community and stakeholder engagement strategies. * Conduct outreach, information dissemination, and community assistance activities. * Identify early warnings of social conflict and report them promptly. * Manage and track assigned complaints, claims, and social commitments. * Coordinate operationally with local authorities and community stakeholders, in accordance with established guidelines. * Conduct social monitoring throughout the various project phases and collect field data. * Prepare technical reports, minutes, and social records for the Social Management Department. * Support land management processes and other specific social activities, as applicable. * Ensure compliance with and enforcement of social regulations and project standards.
