Proactive and customer-oriented individual **Job Summary** We are looking for a Mechanical Technician specialized in industrial machinery, with solid experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of material handling equipment (forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks, both electric and internal combustion). This position targets a highly competent, responsible professional with full availability to perform on-site service interventions. **Main Requirements** * Technical graduate in Heavy Machinery Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks. * Proficiency in hydraulic systems, diesel/gasoline/LPG engines, electric traction systems, control panels, and electronic boards of warehouse equipment. * Valid Class A1 driver's license and mandatory experience operating motorcycles for transportation and operational coordination. * Preferably residing in La Victoria or adjacent districts. * Proactive, respectful, highly responsible individual with strong customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services for forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks, both in workshop and on-site. * Conduct advanced diagnostics of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic failures across the fleet. * Systematically manage requirements for spare parts, filters, and components needed for repairs. * Prepare detailed technical service reports and documentation after each intervention. * Strictly comply with industrial safety protocols, company regulations, and proper use of PPE. **We Offer (After Probation Period)** * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * SCTR Insurance * Bonuses (July and December) * ESSALUD enrollment * Excellent working environment **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** S/ 1,800 \- S/ 2,300 per month **Application Question(s):** * In which district do you live? * What is your salary expectation? * How long have you held a Class A1 license? * How long have you been riding motorcycles? * How long have you worked in the machinery field?
