We are looking for an **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist** to join our team on an important project located in Callao. **Your mission:** Prevent accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses during metal structure assembly work by applying Occupational Safety and Health guidelines and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. **Ideal Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience of 3–5 years as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist in metal structure assembly projects. * Solid knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulation, continuous and baseline IPERC development, ATS, and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs). * High-risk work training (240 hours). * Experience in the use and control of PPE/PEC, and in incident and near-miss investigations. * Basic knowledge of SSOMA indicators. * Knowledge of OSHA and/or ISO 45001 standards is desirable. **Your main challenges:** * Daily preparation and validation of ATS and IPERC, plus fieldwork permit control and validation. * Identification of hazards and control of critical risks during assembly activities. * Validation of order and cleanliness at the assigned worksite and control of proper waste segregation. * Conduct daily 5-minute safety talks and perform continuous inspections. * Report substandard acts or conditions and prepare daily safety reports. * Coordinate continuously with the SSOMA Supervisor and Site Resident. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits. * EPS coverage at 50%. * Opportunity to join one of the sector’s leading and most solid companies. * Provision of work tools and PPE.
