We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** with solid experience in stock control, dispatch management, and personnel leadership. Requirements: * Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems * Experience in inventory control and fuel management (preferred) Responsibilities: * **Operations and Dispatch Control:** Supervise goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch processes, ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality control. * **Inventory and Stock Management:** Establish inventory control procedures, lead physical stock counts, and assume accountability for inventory discrepancies. * **System Control:** Ensure timely system updates for all transactions and successfully execute month-end closing procedures. * **Supply Coordination:** Coordinate with the Logistics department to replenish high-turnover items and jointly manage diesel stock levels and consumption with Operations. * **Warehouse Optimization:** Implement policies that enhance departmental profitability in alignment with company strategy.
