Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Junior Community Manager (CM Jr.) to manage social media accounts, create content, respond to messages, and support advertising campaigns. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally passionate **Junior Community Manager (CM Jr.)**. You will be responsible for **managing social media**, **creating and scheduling content**, **responding to messages/comments**, and **supporting advertising campaigns**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing social media (Meta Business Suite). * Creating and editing content (Canva, CapCut, or other tools). * Community management: responding to messages and comments. * Supporting digital campaigns and preparing basic metric reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in social media. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Basic design knowledge. * Video editing knowledge. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
