




Job Summary: This role ensures the proper operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment, responding to internal requests under quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Vendor coordination and inventory control Role Overview **Purpose of the Role:** To ensure all general services, as well as the proper operation and maintenance of facilities across Experian’s offices. To address all internal customer requests on a day-to-day operational basis, meeting standards of timeliness, quality, and cost-efficiency. **Deliverables:** * Ensure proper maintenance and operation of facilities and all office equipment (videoconferencing systems, TVs, paper shredders, water dispensers) and their connections, among others. * Monitor and control the daily office operations at Experian locations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cleaning, cafeteria, cleaning supplies, cafeteria supplies, stationery, preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Monthly maintenance reports for equipment and systems, tracking of pending tasks. * Monthly area performance indicators. * Consumption reports for cleaning supplies, cafeteria supplies, and stationery; courier service records; taxi and/or travel allowance usage. * Management reports corresponding to the Facilities Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct audit walkthroughs in offices to monitor activities performed by cleaning and facility maintenance contractors. * Track work schedules of cleaning and maintenance staff. * Ensure company facilities remain in optimal operating condition and appearance. * Update vendor and maintenance service management reports. * Perform asset inventory, disposals, and donations according to schedule. * Request cleaning supplies, cafeteria supplies, and stationery; manage existing inventory. * Process all procurement requests necessary for smooth area operations. * Coordinate courier services. * Receive and process documents arriving at the office. * Administer office access cards for employees and/or clients as required. Coordinate activation or deactivation of access cards. * Verify and track all facility and equipment damage and repair activities. * Schedule preventive and/or corrective repairs and maintenance. * Address all internal customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions (PQRs) on a day-to-day operational basis, meeting standards of timeliness, quality, and cost-efficiency. * Manage inventory in the maintenance warehouse. * Coordinate visitor access to offices. * Manage consumption reports for cleaning supplies, cafeteria supplies, and stationery; courier service records; taxi usage. * Manage outsourced service providers. * Support the Human Resources team in organizing office events. Experience and Skills * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience working in administrative, general services, or facilities roles, managing maintenance processes and facility operations. Ability to interact effectively with people and respond to their needs; knowledge of occupational safety requirements and facility operations. * **Education:** Degree in Architecture, Civil/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Required Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Oracle.
